xmas was kinda funny. didnt have all those turkey shits. but i got 12 hours of slp during the past 4 days.

muay thai training today was good. we came early and the instructor taught only 3 of us. its like personal training man. learn more moves and stuff, and i wasnt tired even after training without eating energy gel. good. my fitness is getting back.
